      ListMessenger Support Forum Updated   08/08/2017

We just wanted to mention that we have just upgraded our support forum software to the latest and greatest version of Invision Community. This will translate to a significantly better experience for users and hopefully a huge reduction in the amount of forum spam that pops up. Forum spam is poison to a support forum such as this because it robs support administrators of time which would have other wise went to providing important responses.

Godaddy List Messenger Php Html Tags Showing

I looked through all the boards, and still could not find what I was looking for in reference to GoDaddy, and setup on the backend.

- I recently installed on a sub domain with hosting from GoDaddy

The program would say emails completed, however was not receiving anything. Contacted GoDaddy and was told to select

-Remote Mail Exchanger instead of Local in the MX Entry section of cPanel.

^ This Worked ^ I'm now able to send messages.

My first issue, it keeps sending using default/unrouted email address from the main domain.

My second issue is all the html tags, email id info in the message is being sent in the email. Example:----------------------------------------

Content-Type: text/plain; charset = "ISO-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

UPDATE:

Contacted GoDaddy - Changed a whole bunch of MX Record settings, Setup an email with their server. Used this new email in the Reply From Admin and so-on. Still sending through root address in godaddy.

If this program was installed on a subdomain, would we need to inform you of the new location?

Hello Seektruth,

If you install ListMessenger on a new domain or subdomain that is involving a change in the domain name assigned to your original licence key you need to inform us of the change.

You are not able to use a licence key for more than one domain name unless it meets the requirements for a licence key reset.

Please see the Licence Key Reset Policy for further information:

http://www.listmessenger.com/policies/key

Best Regards,
Karla
