      We just wanted to mention that we have just upgraded our support forum software to the latest and greatest version of Invision Community. This will translate to a significantly better experience for users and hopefully a huge reduction in the amount of forum spam that pops up. Forum spam is poison to a support forum such as this because it robs support administrators of time which would have other wise went to providing important responses.

Hi just made an order and haven't received my keys, changed the email address a couple of times but nothing works

Hello Guest OCI,

Have you tried the following suggestions?

1. That your e-mail provider allows you to accept .zip files. Your license key comes in a .zip file attached to the e-mail with the license key.
2. That it didn't end up in your spam folder.
3. That you have your e-mail address correct in your profile.

Those are typically the main things to check for. When all else fails, switch your account e-mail address as the last guest suggested.

No, just did not receive the mail from Listmessenger, even tried various emails.

the message was posted september 20 and still unable to use Listmeesenger :(
