      ListMessenger Support Forum Updated   08/08/2017

We just wanted to mention that we have just upgraded our support forum software to the latest and greatest version of Invision Community. This will translate to a significantly better experience for users and hopefully a huge reduction in the amount of forum spam that pops up. Forum spam is poison to a support forum such as this because it robs support administrators of time which would have other wise went to providing important responses.

  1. Php7 Support

Thanks Matt, glad that life is going well.. Not sure how old LM is, but know I have been using it since the early days. Looking forward to the updates..
  2. Matt when are we going to see some support for PHP7 I love LM and have it running on several sites, but we need a version that supports PHP7
  3. Matt, come on lets see a Php7 Fix done..
  4. It does not.. You have to do it by hand, one by one.
  5. Am trying to transfer a LM pro key from a redundant domain, to a new one. I have sent over a email, but not had a response ?
  6. Key Transfer?

Sadly Matt, thats not really good enough. Agree you offer good value for money and a good product, alas flexibility is king, and I will not be purchasing any more products from you. The redundant key that I have, was being offered to a charity web site as a donation!
  7. Key Transfer?

Have to say, that I have had a response from to this, and extremely disappointed with the outcome. I have a web site that no longer needs a LM Key, and a charity site that does. The outcome, a Listmessenger key that is redundant and no longer needed.. and a charitable web site that Listmessenger wants to charge. Very, very disappointed with the Listmessenger policy.
  8. Good to hear Matt, and as a long time supporter, I have faith
  9. Key Transfer?

    Thanks Matt, and will do
  10. No Mail Confirmation

Have you checked your junk/spam folder?
  11. I have been a very long standing user and supporter of LM, and this request has come up soooo many times over the years. Go on Matt, you know you want to
  12. I think that Matt may have this in the next version
  13. Do you mean you wish to add attachemnets?
  14. Add Header/footer

Have to agree with Karla, that the template.html file is all that is needed
  15. have you checked the settings that you have in your preferences?
  16. You would need to ask the developer of ListMessenger For Joomla, as he/she is the one that has done the bridge work so far, the support page is at -> http://www.joomla-mailing-list.com/support
  17. You can run LM as just a mailing list, see some of these -> http://www.minilabhelp.com/site/ http://www.traffordlibdems.org.uk/web/ http://www.omd.me.uk/ http://www.bongoforum.co.uk/enter/ If you want people to get added via Joomla, then you need a seperate script, the link in my first post is a Joomla bridge for List Messenger,
  18. Have you clicked on the "Forgotton Password" link to get your password sent to you?
  19. LM for Joomla is a seperate script more info at -> http://www.joomla-mailing-list.com/support I have a number of Joomla sites, and I use LM out of the box for my mailing lists, yes a seperate registration to the core Joomla script, but not an issue for people
  20. I am not a wordpress user, but you should be able to create some form of a custom block and add the LM html code. I am not aware of a Wordpress "bridge" But you should be able to run LM side by side easy enough
  21. Gary, you should be able to do this.. Try and disable the build in editor, then just paste in the code
  22. Did you create a plain text, and a HTML version of the message? You need to create the two.
  23. In the group ID, you do not have a value / number for the list?
  24. Could you not just FTP the .pdf file up to the server, then just link to it? That would be quick and easy to do?
