Help - Profile Sending Spam

I have a serious problem with my PRO account. On Sunday 2mar14, our profile sent to all our contacts, an email with the information that the recipient has won our company a Samsung TV. That is obviously not true and that has malicious links. We need help from support ListMessenger to determine the fault, if it was local safety or a breach in your system. We await contact! We need answers to avoid unwanted uploads again!

Hello Caio,

The first thing I would do is change your passwords... this means your database connection password, as well as your ListMessenger password.

You can contact me via e-mail msimpson at listmessenger dot com and please provide some temporary FTP connection information. I will log in assess whether there are any abnormailities or changes to the ListMessenger source code itself.

Can someone help me with making a profile for the Philips 37PFL9604.
Ive tried Device spy, but the Sink field is empty.
Ive only the Source information.
