Risk Of Being Blacklisted As A Spammer ?

Hi,

It is my understanding that if you send an email to a lot of people in the CC list, that there is a risk as this activity is seen by the automated systems of the internet as spamming activity and you run the risk of your domain being blacklisted. Even through the list of 200 people are your closest friends and they are really keen to hear from you.

 

My question is:-

 

1- is this actually true

2- if it is, why won't we get black listed using a tool like ListMessenger?
