Email Address Already Exists Error

Recommended Posts

I get the following error when I use any email address in the form (using example 3 ) but it does the same thing using any example.

The e-mail address you have provided already exists in the mailing list(s) you have selected to subscribe to. If you require further assistance, please contact the website administrator.

I used example 1 and it works perfectly the first time(the group is specified in the code) but now it does not.

I can add people manually

Any suggestions??

I researched this some more

The "hidden" field was removed.

What happens is that if the code from example 3 is used, the group_id[] does not POST

If I change it to something other than group_id[] it does POST but of course the value is wrong

I think what is not working is the code in example 3

What I want to do is have multiple groups and have the person, from one sign up page, choose which group he or she would like to belong to

I'm trying to do the same. I'm expecting over 100 subscribers shortly. If I can't put them in groups using the form, do I have to do it manually? I can't do that time-wise.
